Our Nutrition Quick Start Consult is an intensive overview of the hormonal changes that take place in the body when macro nutrients (protein, carbohydrates and fat) are broken down. This option is a 2.5 hour personalized consult adapted to your specific needs and challenges.
  • Once you sign-up, you'll be sent a questionnaire that must be completed before your appointment
  • You will be given specific instructions to follow on the day of your appointment so that we may conduct a metabolic blueprint test.
  • After work appointments are discouraged. The appointment requires concentration and we've found after work is not optimal.
Option 2: Online Webinar with Shana
This option is a 1 hour group webinar with 30 minutes reserved at the conclusion for questions and answers
  • These group webinars are scheduled once per month.
  • You will be able to submit specific questions during the webinar.
  • While the webinar is more general than the personal consultation, you will still get actionable information that you can use to begin making positive nutritional change immediately.
